Fort Wayne Pan-Orthodox Choir

This form may be used provide feedback, to express interest in joining the Choir or to reserve the Choir for your event. 

The Choir is a volunteer organization based on the availabilities of the members. We will do our best to accommodate requests, understanding that our participation and repertoire may vary from one event to another.
